This is lotion in a bar form.  It is solid at room temperature.  It melts from the heat of your skin.  This is expecially good to help protect hands and feets from cracked and extremely dry skin.
 
**The picture shown is for the smaller size of approximately 1.8 ounces.  The larger size is about 3 ounces.
